Paul Donofrio

Paul Donofrio is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Operating Partner at Summa Energy since September 2022, overseeing Corporate Development and M&A. Donofrio is also the Founder of PRD Capital, a position held since October 2017. Previous roles include serving as an Investment Banker at UBS from December 2014 to July 2022, focusing on Global Family Office and Financial Sponsor Coverage, as well as leading the Sustainable Banking (ESG) Initiative. Donofrio has substantial experience in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure sectors, with roles spanning from an Analyst in UBS's Graduate Training Program to an Investor at Grey Mountain Partners from December 2013 to December 2014. Donofrio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College.
