Mikayla Legaspi

Mikayla Legaspi is a seasoned retail marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Retail Marketing at Summer Fridays since October 2025, Mikayla previously held the position of Associate Manager of US Retail Marketing at NARS Cosmetics and worked as a Retail Marketing Coordinator at Supergoop!. Earlier roles include a Marketing Coordinator at L'Oréal and an E-Commerce Assistant at Fancy.com. Mikayla has also contributed to Scotch & Soda as an Associate E-commerce Manager, overseeing content optimization and digital merchandising. In leadership roles, Mikayla served as President of the TREND Fashion Club and as Creative Director for the University of Arizona Fashion Week, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills throughout various collaborative projects. Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona.
