Rebecca Alexis

Rebecca Alexis has been working in the field of sales and marketing since 2000. Rebecca began their career at SEPHORA, where they held various roles, such as Director of Brand Training, Manager of Instore Training, Strategy Project Manager, Education, and Buyer, Cosmetics. In 2011, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Executive Director, National Accounts Sephora and SIJCP, and later was promoted to Director National Accounts. In 2017, they moved to Coty as Vice President Sales, Luxury Division. In 2020, they were appointed Vice President, Global Sales, Product Marketing at Biossance, and later also took on the role of Vice President of Global Sales at Algenist. Currently, they are Senior Vice President, Global Sales at Summer Fridays.

Rebecca Alexis obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Sociology from San Francisco State University between 1994 and 1996. In 2014, they obtained the Estée Lauder Companies GmbH Executive Leadership Program from Bryn Mawr College. In 2007, they obtained a Facilitative Leadership Facilitator certification from Interaction Associates. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a RYT 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yoga Alliance.
