Sarah Bernert

Sarah Bernert has a diverse work experience in the cosmetic and wellness industry. Sarah started their career as a Laboratory Intern at HDR in 2015 and later transitioned to a role at Henkel as an R&D Innovation Manager from 2017 to 2021. At Henkel, they gained experience in managing innovation projects. Sarah then joined SOS Beauty Group in 2021 as an R&D Manager II, where they developed and managed various products in haircare, skincare, OTC, sexual wellness, home, body, and color cosmetics. Sarah also played a key role in building the Tech Transfer process. In 2023, Sarah joined Summer Fridays as a Product Development & Regulatory Manager, where they ensure compliance for global distribution and assists with product development and production batch approval. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in product development, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Sarah Bernert attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2012 to 2017, pursuing a degree in Industrial Chemistry with a focus on Chemistry.
