Paul Francese

Paul Francese is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Summer Infant. Paul has over 15 years of experience as a financial executive, including 10 years as a public company CFO. Prior to joining Summer Infant, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at OCI Chemical Corporation & OCI Enterprises Inc., a global leader in the chemical industry. Paul also served as OCI's Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.

Paul has a proven track record of success in both public and private companies. Paul has extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, SEC reporting, investor relations, and corporate governance. Paul has also successfully led global cost-cutting initiatives and restructured company debt. Under Paul's leadership, the stock price of Summer Infant has increased more than 300% and the company has reported positive EPS.

Paul Francese's educational career includes earning an MBA in finance from the University of New Haven, completing a financial management program at General Electric Company, and earning a BA in accounting from Rutgers University. Paul also attended Bergen Catholic HS.
