Annisa Ninggorkasih, S.Psi, CHRP has a diverse range of work experience. Annisa is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at Summer International, where they manage and facilitates the talent acquisition process. Prior to this, Annisa worked at Nusantari Indonesia as a Program Manager and Professional Dancer. Annisa also held various positions at PT Estetindo Global Indonesia - The Aesthetics Dental & Skin, including Human Resources Development Manager, HRGA Manager, and HRGA officer. Additionally, Annisa has experience as a Team Leader HR Consultant at Pancaratna Consulting, HC Support at PT Trakindo Utama, and HR GA at PT. Gramedia Media Nusantara. Annisa also worked as an Account Executive at PT. Bimatama Inter Kreasi and as a Job Analyst at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. In 2013, Annisa published their first book, #PerempuanDalamCerita, which is an omnibus of short stories about women and their world.

Annisa Ninggorkasih, S.Psi, CHRP has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta from 2006 to 2009, where they were a student focusing on science.

In addition to their formal education, Annisa has also obtained certifications outside of their degree. In January 2022, they became a Certified Human Resources Professional from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Furthermore, in June 2020, they obtained a certification in Dutch from Duolingo.
