Beca Jean-Soto

Beca Jean-Soto is currently a Borrower Success Associate at Summer. Beca has previous experience as a Level 2 Trainer and Trainer Lead at The Financial Gym, where they provided the blueprint and roadmap for what to focus on--and when-- in order to achieve their life goals. As a Trainer Lead, they guided our newest trainers to be the greatest Best Financial Trainer (B.F.F.) that they can be!

Jean-Soto has also worked as an Office Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator at Myriad360, where they managed office facilities, greeted guests, and liaised with vendors. Beca established employee engagement and DEI initiatives, managed two employee resource groups, implemented DEI training across the company, planned internal events and employee anniversary recognition. Beca supported HR through recruiting lifecycle; verified I-9s, scheduled new hire orientation, trained new hires on company culture and platforms, maintained employee files, and offboarded employees.

Prior to that, Jean-Soto worked as a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant at Sheraton New York Times Square.

Jean-Soto is also the founder of Be Bold Lifestyle, LLC.

Beca Jean-Soto reports to Katie Rosman, Senior Borrower Success Manager. They are on a team with Frances Delfin - Borrower Success Associate, Ann Keating - Borrower Success Associate, and David Gusaas - Borrower Success Associate.
