Randy Francis

Randy Francis currently serves as Sales Manager at Summerall Custom Construction since November 2024. Previously, Randy held the position of Director of Sales at AmplifiedAg, Inc.® from May 2021 to January 2025. From February 2014 to September 2020, Randy was Director of Business Development for the Public Sector and Government at The NPD Group, a firm specializing in global information and advisory services. Randy's earlier roles include Regional Sales Manager at Oakwood Worldwide, where significant achievements included growing Government sales from $40M to $70M within a year and securing a $155M contract with the State Department, and General Manager of NA Sales at Arrow Electronics. Additional roles within Arrow Electronics involved Regional Manager and General Sales Manager, along with an earlier position as Account Manager at Marshall Industries. Randy is an alumnus of the University of Maryland.
