Elaine Breeze

Elaine Breeze has a history of over 30 years in the real estate development industry. Elaine has served as Senior Vice President of Development at SummerHill Apartment Communities since 2009, after holding the same position at SummerHill Homes for over 15 years. Prior to that, Elaine worked as an Analyst and Project Coordinator at Essex Property Trust and as a Research Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
