The Sales and Marketing team at SummerHill Homes is responsible for promoting and selling the company's residential properties, including both single-family and multi-family communities. This team develops and executes marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generates leads, and manages customer relationships to ensure a seamless buying experience. They also collaborate with other departments to uphold the company's reputation for quality and environmentally responsible homebuilding. Team members, including the Community Sales Associates, Community Sales Managers, and Marketing Directors, work together under the leadership of the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing to drive sales and support the company's growth objectives.
