Marc Yamaguchi

Marc Yamaguchi is a seasoned educator and project manager with extensive experience in teaching English at Centennial College since 2010, where responsibilities include delivering English curriculum for both native speakers and ESL students while overseeing student progress through the Desire to Learn platform. In addition to the role of professor, Marc has served as Administrative Assistant to the Chair of English & ESL, providing essential support and coordinating departmental initiatives. Concurrently, Marc has been a Project Manager at Rain Gardens United, focusing on sustainable Green Infrastructure solutions for Stormwater Management, and holds a position as Team Lead at Summerhill Group, implementing public engagement programs for energy savings and waste diversion. Previously, Marc also managed a Test Centre for IDP Education Pty Ltd and worked as an actor with McGuin & Associates. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Education and Communication from Royal Roads University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and English Literature from the University of Toronto, complemented by TESL certification.
