Ryan Gruhn

Ryan Gruhn has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Ryan is currently the President & CEO at Summers Mfg. Co., Inc., where they are also a member of the Board of Directors. Ryan is the Owner of Hawkeye Molding Company, Inc. Additionally, Gruhn is a Founding Partner at Transitional Leadership, LLC, and an Advisory Board Member at ICF Industries, Inc. Ryan previously served as the President of Gruhn Global Resources, LLC and held various roles at Owner Revolution, including President of The Plastic Professionals and Connect-A-Dock Inc., as well as Vice President of Engineering & Product Development at Schafer Systems Inc. Ryan has also been involved in the real estate industry, serving as a Board Member and later as an Advisory Board Member at Mid-America Group, Ltd. Lastly, Gruhn was a Co-Owner of Gruhn-Leander Stone Works, L.L.C. at Des Moines-Winterset Memorials.

Ryan Gruhn attended Leadership Iowa in 2002-2003 and obtained a Management Development Certificate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the same year. Ryan then pursued Mechanical Engineering at both the Missouri University of Science and Technology and Iowa State University, although the specific years are not provided.
