Lissette Castillo has had a variety of work experiences. Lissette began their career in 2008 as a Reporter for Fox XRIO. In 2009, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Coordinator - Business Operations, then moved on to Sales Manager and Retail Sales. In 2020, they began working at SUMMERSALT as a Customer Happiness.

Lissette Castillo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from the University of Texas Pan American between 2002 and 2007.
