Catherine Cordwell

Catherine Cordwell is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the retirement living and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Group Sales Manager at Summerset Retirement Villages since April 2025, Catherine previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Ryman Healthcare from September 2015 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing sales and community relations for twelve retirement villages. With a background that includes founding Zest Food Tours of New Zealand and serving as Business Manager for top NZ chef Al Brown, Catherine has also directed a marketing consultancy focused on the food sector. Early career roles include Marketing Manager for the New Zealand Game Industry Board and experience as an Account Executive/Manager at Insight Consultants. Catherine holds an Advanced Leadership Programme degree from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing from Massey University.
