Kay Brodie is the GM of Marketing & Communications at Summerset. Kay has over eight years of experience in marketing and loyalty services. Prior to joining Summerset, they were the Affinity Marketing Manager at Cigna New Zealand, where they managed marketing planning and implementation for partners Southern Cross, Q Card and BNZ. Kay also has experience in developing strategies and customer journeys for acquisition conversion and retention across a range of products. In their previous role as Head of Loyalty Services at Loyalty New Zealand, they led and grew a newly created business unit of designers, marketing and data specialists to provide end-to-end data driven solutions to over 40 clients.

Kay Brodie has a BCA in marketing and a BSc in mathematics from Victoria University of Wellington.
