Kandy Cantwell, CEBS, currently serves as the Head of Group Benefits + Life at Summit since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kandy was a Partner in Commercial Benefits at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. from September 2022 to January 2025, following a long tenure as a Partner at Montridge Advisory Group Ltd. from January 2002 until it became part of Westland. Kandy also held positions as an Account Manager at Aon Reed Stenhouse and Great-West Life. Kandy holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Walla Walla University.
