Tara Lauder

Tara Lauder is a sustainability professional with extensive experience in community engagement and environmental management. Currently serving as the Sustainability and Community Engagement Manager at Summit at Snoqualmie since March 2021, Tara has previously held the role of Sustainability Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Tara worked as the Sustainability Manager at Keahole Center for Sustainability from September 2019 to November 2020. Tara's earlier experience includes working as a Marine Science Program Specialist and Marine Science Educator at The Marine Mammal Center from October 2016 to September 2019. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and completed a course in Business Sustainability Management, focusing on Sustainability Leadership, at the University of Cambridge in 2020. Additionally, Tara attended Metropolitan State University of Denver in early 2007.
