Ashley Horner has a strong background in the banking industry, with a particular focus on Small Business Administration (SBA) lending. Ashley started their career at Summit Bank in 2007 as a Portfolio Manager, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining the bank's loan portfolio. In 2013, they joined SELCO Community Credit Union as an AVP, SBA Development & Business Loan Officer, where they played a key role in the development and growth of the SBA lending program. Ashley then returned to Summit Bank in 2014 as the Executive Vice President and SBA Division President, overseeing all aspects of the bank's SBA lending operations and leading the growth and management of their SBA lending portfolio.
Ashley Horner obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Portland from 2000 to 2004.
