Currently serving as an HR Specialist at Summit Bank since March 2018, Megan manages semi-monthly payroll for approximately 90 employees and supports recruiting, onboarding, employee conflict resolution, and performance reviews. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Pacific Metal Fab, LLC from January 2011 to March 2018, handling purchase order processing, customer inquiries, new hires, payroll for around 60 employees, and safety meeting organization. Megan holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management and Leadership and Human Resource Management from Portland State University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
