Michaela Marcotte

Michaela Marcotte has extensive work experience in human resources. Michaela started their career at Comcast in 2007 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and worked there until 2011. Michaela then joined Johnson Crushers International, Inc. as a Human Resource Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Western Beverage as a Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Summit Bank, starting from 2018.

Michaela Marcotte obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Bethany College KS, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Michaela then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker University from 1999 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Michaela holds a certification in Professional Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.
