Roger Lee

Roger Lee currently serves as Vice President & Business Client Advisor at Summit Bank, focusing on relationship and portfolio management for business clients in the Central Oregon region since December 2021. Prior to this role, Roger was the CEO of EDCO - Economic Development for Central Oregon from September 1999 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing economic development strategies and managing a 45+ member Board of Directors. Additional experience includes serving as Director for the Baker City/County Economic Development Department, where Roger implemented comprehensive development programs, and earlier roles as a Special Projects Intern at Idaho Power Company and a Business Development Intern at the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the University of Washington and has also studied at Phillips Universitat in Germany and the University of Idaho.
