Nasir Hussain

Nasir Hussain is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning over 18 years in various operational and compliance roles. Currently serving as Vice President (Regional Operations & Compliance Manager) at Bank Makramah Ltd since April 2024, Nasir has held significant positions including Vice President Unit Head Branch Banking Operations and Manager-Country Operations at BankIslami Pakistan Limited, where responsibilities encompassed managing country operations, preparing banking procedures, and overseeing SBP reporting and branch licensing from September 2015 to March 2024. Prior to that, Nasir contributed to KASB Bank in various capacities including Assistant Manager and Officer in Systems & Operations, focusing on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Nasir began the career at Whiz Group as Assistant Manager Procurement, developing skills in customer relations and procurement processes. Educationally, Nasir obtained a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology in Islamabad.
