Brittany Sperry (Baker), LCSW-S, CCTP, serves as the VP of Outpatient Services at Summit BHC, specializing in the development and support of outpatient behavioral health programs nationwide. As a business owner of Convergent Minds Consulting, Brittany focuses on accreditation preparation, operational evaluation, and training in diversity and leadership while providing LCSW supervision and mentoring for new licensees. With extensive experience in crisis intervention as a Crisis Clinician with ACH Child & Family Services, Brittany also contributes to academia as an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Arlington's School of Social Work. Past roles include leadership positions at Acadia Healthcare and UHS, as well as volunteer work with CASA of Tarrant County. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
