Melissa Doughty

Melissa Doughty currently serves as Corporate Interim HR Manager at Summit BHC since August 2025 and as a Cheerleading Coach at Magic Athletics since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Sobriety Centers of New Hampshire for a short period in 2025, Human Resources Director at Seabrook Rehab from September 2023 to May 2025, and Human Resources Director at Lund's Fisheries, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. Melissa also held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at CMG from 2016 to 2018 and Operations Manager at Right at Home and LIGHTHOUSE FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC earlier in her career. In addition to professional roles, Melissa contributed as Co-Chairwoman for the Workforce Development Committee at the Human Resources Association of Southern New Jersey from October 2022 to May 2025. Melissa has completed certifications in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion from the University of South Florida and Human Resources Consulting from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
