Michelle Mattox

Michelle Mattox is an experienced professional in the fields of benefits management and client relations, currently serving as the Verification of Benefits Manager at Summit BHC since November 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Benefits Analyst at Foundations Recovery Network from February 2013 to November 2020, and briefly worked as Office Support at Williams Creative Group in 2012. Previous experience includes working as an Accounting and Customer Service Assistant at Francis Communications, an Account Executive/Client Relationship Director at All Access Merchandising/Stuph Clothing, and multiple leadership roles at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, spanning from Membership Director to Membership and Group Fitness Coordinator. Michelle holds dual degrees in Communications/Public Relations and Communication Arts from Union University.
