Angel Gerena

Angel Gerena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and technical support. Currently serving as Field Operations Manager and FSC Lead at Summit Broadband since November 2014, Angel Gerena focuses on providing technicians with essential support for installations and troubleshooting onsite issues. In addition to this role, Angel Gerena has been a photographer at Gerena Photography since July 2009. Previously, Angel Gerena worked at BrightHouse Networks from November 2012 to October 2014 as a TCP Tier 3 Tech Support specialist. Angel Gerena holds an Associate's degree in Small Business Management from Burdette College, obtained between 1996 and 1997.
