Sarah Martens

Sarah Martens is an Occupational Therapist with experience in various settings such as short-term and long-term care skilled nursing facilities, short-term skilled nursing rehabilitation facilities, and community-based and outpatient psychiatric occupational therapy. Sarah has worked with adult and older adult populations, addressing a variety of conditions such as amputations, joint replacements, cardiac conditions, stroke, neurological conditions, dementia, and wounds. Sarah has also completed fieldwork placements at Hoeger House and Truman Medical Centers.
