Dan Alich

Dan Alich is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse background in mathematics instruction and coding. As the Owner and Developer of DuinoKit since June 2013, Dan has combined technical skills with a passion for teaching. Instructing mathematics and coding at Summit Charter School since August 2021 and previously at Lake Lure Classical Academy from August 2019 to August 2021, Dan has contributed significantly to educational development. Prior teaching experience includes a role as a Mathematics Instructor at NC Public Schools from 2005 to 2017 and as an instructor and course planner at Southwestern Community College in 2010. Dan's early career includes management positions such as Facility Director at Lutheran Haven and Hospitality Manager at Camp Town Cabins, along with a technical role with Lockheed Martin. Dan holds a Master of Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Central Florida.
