Janie Hortman

Janie Hortman is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with extensive experience in mental health counseling. Since August 2021, Janie has worked at Growing Roots Counseling and has served as a Staff Associate Therapist at Summit Counseling Center - Atlanta since May 2018. Prior to their counseling career, Janie managed retail operations at Ginger Howard Selections from September 2008 to August 2016. Janie holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Georgia, obtained in 2007.
