Will Atkins, LPC, CPCS, currently serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Clinical Services at Summit Counseling Center in Atlanta since September 2023. Prior experience includes Clinical Director at MARR Addiction Treatment Centers from August 2022 to September 2023 and Director of Outpatient at Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital from November 2021 to July 2022. Will spent a significant tenure at MARR Addiction Treatment Centers from June 2013 to November 2021 in various roles, including Director of Men's Recovery Center and Residential Manager/Counselor. Prior to that, Will worked as a Junior Bookkeeper at The Accounting Department and as a Photographer at Portrait Innovations. Early career experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Pharmacy from July 2006 to July 2009. Will holds a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia.

The Summit also provides Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness Education. With a staff of over 30 licensed therapists, we serve people of all ages and provide a wide range of specialty services, including help for those who want to grow individually, couples who want to improve their relationship, parents, teens, and children. We help people tackle alcohol or substance abuse problems, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and loss. We serve our community through our Main Office in Johns Creek, 6 community-based locations in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Dunwoody, and Sugar Hill, and multiple public and private schools in Fulton, Dekalb, and Gwinnett County.
