Billie Jo David

Billie Jo David is currently the Director of Communications & Quality at Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board since March 2008. Prior to that, served as a Quality Officer at the Ohio Department of Transportation from August 1999 to February 2008. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business from Thiel College in 1999.
