Joshua Young Sr has over nine years of experience in construction and engineering roles, currently serving as a Construction Engineering Inspector II at Summit Design and Engineering Services since September 2014. In this position, Joshua has been involved in the X-2CC Fayetteville Outer Loop project, performing inspections related to roadway construction, asphalt nuclear density, and various project specifications. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Welder/Inspector at Hog Slat, Incorporated, and held a position as an Associate at John Deere. Joshua holds a certification in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from Central Carolina Community College and a diploma in Sciences, History, and Mathematics from Triton High School.
