Troy Dover

Troy Dover has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Troy began their career in 1999 as the Director of Construction Services at Withers & Ravenel Engineering, where they provided construction management and design consultation for large public and private projects. In 2000, they joined Infrastructure Corporation of America as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing, overseeing overall operations and strategic development of marketing and sales plans. In 2015, they moved to American Addiction Centers as the Vice President of Property Development, responsible for developing and rehabilitating behavioral health facilities. Since 2017, Troy has been with Summit Design and Engineering Services, first serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Finance, and later becoming the President, responsible for strategic development of relationships and business opportunities, as well as financial goals and results.

Troy Dover attended North Carolina State University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Following their education, they obtained a Registered Professional Engineer certification in August 2017 from the Tennessee State Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners. Additionally, they hold a Commercial Building License from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
