Laura Rothman has a diverse work experience. Laura started their career at Bates College as a Technical Assistant from 1996 to 2000. Laura then joined ZweigWhite as a Vice President, managing a division of 15 people and significantly improving efficiency and work output from 1999 to 2009. Laura later became the Webmaster for Belmont Crew Club, where they created the organization's website from 2006 to 2016. Laura then served as the Program Director and Girls Head Coach at Arlington-Belmont Crew, providing rowing instruction and individual feedback to high school students from 2009 to 2016. Laura also worked as a Program Director and Tutor at Summit Educational Group, teaching and tutoring students in various subjects and preparing them for standardized tests from 2010 to 2018. Lastly, they were a Race Committee member and River Control Co-Chair at Head Of The Charles Regatta, demonstrating their involvement in event coordination since 2008.
