Darin Patrizi

Darin Patrizi joined Summit in September 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer with responsibilities over all aspects of the finance and accounting organization.

Prior to joining Summit, Darin served as Chief Financial Officer at Potandon Produce, a leading distributor of fresh produce based in Dallas, TX. Before that, Darin spent 24 years with Pepsico, providing financial leadership to Frito Lay and Pepsi business units across the retail and foodservice channels. Earlier in his career, Darin was CFO of Business Jet Solutions, a large fractional aircraft ownership joint venture between American Airlines and Bombardier. Darin holds an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a BBA in Finance from Lamar University, and served on the Board of Financial Executive International’s Dallas Chapter for over 25 years. Darin will office out of Summit’s Irving, TX Service Center.
