Debra McCashin

Debra McCashin is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the electrical supply industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Enablement/Construction at Summit Electric Supply since May 2025, Debra previously held positions at Crescent Electric Supply Company, including National Vice President of Supplier Partnerships and Director of Energy Solutions. Debra's earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at Leff Electric, where strong leadership and customer relationship management were pivotal, and Lead Account Manager at General Electric, achieving significant sales growth. Debra began a career in sales at LTV and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mount Union.
