Michelle Blair

Michelle Blair has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and payroll administration. Michelle began their career at Oso BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing, LLC in 2008 as a Cost Accountant, where they were responsible for payroll processing and employee information management. In 2015, they joined Summit Electric Supply as a Payroll Administrator, overseeing payroll for a large number of employees and ensuring accurate and timely payments. In 2017, Michelle was promoted to the role of Associate Services (Human Resources) Director at Summit Electric Supply, where they led the HR department, managed employee compliance, developed policies, and administered compensation and benefits programs. Overall, Michelle has demonstrated strong expertise in payroll administration and HR management throughout their career.
