Robert Humiston has extensive experience in IT and customer support, currently serving as a System Analyst/Developer at Summit Electric Supply since September 2018, after previously holding the position of Help Desk Analyst. Prior roles include Customer Service Analyst at Genesis, Helpdesk Analyst at UnityBPO, and Tier II Help Desk Support at The Kemtah Group, Inc., where support was provided to Tier I analysts in the healthcare industry. Robert has also worked in tech support and training for PrestaShop, managed IT operations at Malones ELC, and held various technical and management roles in retail and telecommunications. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University, in addition to an Associate’s degree in Electronics from Lincoln Land Community College.
