Demae Rubins

Demae Rubins, AICP, is a seasoned professional in the field of planning and engineering, currently serving as Principal at Summit Engineering since April 2018. With a long tenure at Summit Engineering, Inc. as Division Manager since May 2006, Demae has extensive experience in leadership within the engineering sector.
