Julien Conte

Julien CONTE is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the mineral and construction industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Industry Division at Groupe QUEGUINER since January 2021, Julien oversees three companies specializing in precast concrete and building materials. Prior to this role, Julien held various positions including Site Manager at Imerys, where responsibilities encompassed all site activities and continuous improvement strategies, and Project Director at Eramet, managing a green-field project in South Africa. With a strong foundation in geology, obtained through a Graduate Engineering Degree in Mining & Geology and a Master of Science in Geology, Julien has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, strategic management, and regulatory compliance throughout a diverse career that spans over two decades.
