Livia Foust

Livia Foust is an experienced Environmental Scientist currently employed at SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Livia held various roles including an internship at Miami University’s Institute for Food, where hands-on experience in sustainable farming was gained. As a Field Assistant, Livia conducted hydrogeological research in Utah's drylands focusing on Mancos Shale, and as a Restoration Technician, designed and executed native gardens in Southwest Ohio. Livia's background also includes fundraising for Three Valley Conservation Trust and a role as a Research Assistant with the School for International Training, assessing the feasibility of community farming. Before entering the environmental sector, Livia developed essential communication and team dynamics skills while working as a server at Applebee's. Livia holds a degree from Miami University, completed in 2022.
