Richard Eller, PE has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and construction management. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Richard has held various roles such as Project Designer at multiple engineering companies including Pany & Lentz Engineering Company and Edwards and Kelcey. Currently, at SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing, Inc., Richard serves as the Construction Services Manager and Principal Engineer. Prior to this, Richard worked at Pennoni Associates as the Construction Inspection Supervisor.
