Marcella Aja has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, currently serving as a Loan Partner II at Summit Funding, Inc. since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the origination, file management, and communication for the Loan Officer and Team. Previously, Marcella held the position of Junior Underwriter, conducting pre-audit reviews and ordering appraisal reviews. Prior to that, at Vantage Point Mortgage, Inc. from January 2005 to January 2013, Marcella was the Office Manager, managing a team of full-time and part-time agents, and organized office meetings. Additional experience includes working as a Loan Consultant and Real Estate Salesperson at Vantage Point Mortgage & Real Estate during the same period, focusing on mortgage loan origination and representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Sacramento Country Day School and coursework at Sacramento City College.
