Christian Lentz

Christian Lentz has a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition. Christian is currently working as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Summit Group Solutions, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon for nearly five years as the Recruiting Manager III - Amazon Advertising. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet the hiring demands, building partnerships with senior leaders, and managing a team of recruiters. Before joining Amazon, Christian worked at Apex Systems for over thirteen years, starting as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and later becoming a Sr. Recruiting Manager II. During their time at Apex Systems, they demonstrated excellent leadership and organizational skills, building cohesive teams and fostering profitable client relationships.

Christian Lentz attended Curtis High School from 1997 to 1999. Christian then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Industrial / Organizational) from Washington State University, graduating in 2004.
