Eileen Quinn

Eileen Quinn is an experienced program manager currently at Summit Group, LLC since March 2019, where successful management of multiple e-commerce sites resulted in a significant reduction of inventory levels on a top account. Prior roles include catering sales manager at The Stonegate Conference and Banquet Centre from June 2013 to November 2018, catering manager at Chicago Marriott Schaumburg from February 2012 to June 2013, and director of social events at The Stonegate Conference and Banquet Centre from May 2000 to February 2012. Eileen began a career in hospitality as a bartender at TGI Fridays from 1984 to 1995. Eileen holds a certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Harper College, where education was also pursued from 1984 to 1987, following attendance at Forest View High School from 1980 to 1984.
