Jonathan Fish is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in both bedside care and nursing leadership. Currently serving as the Director of House Supervisor/Float Team and Professional Development at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center since November 2019, Jonathan is committed to achieving results and fostering strong relationships within healthcare settings. Prior to this, Jonathan held various leadership roles at Banner Health from June 2007 to November 2019, including Director of Nursing-Clinical Care Operations, where substantial responsibilities included financial stewardship, operational performance management, and leading process improvement initiatives. Jonathan's career began as a Registered Nurse in intensive care and emergency departments, progressing through positions that emphasize management, patient care, and organizational development. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, along with a Bachelor’s degree and Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in the field.
