Lisa Echales has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Physician Recruiter at Summit Healthcare since August 2010. In this role, Lisa manages the recruitment of Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners across all specialties, overseeing their onboarding, retention, and mentorship. Prior to this position, Lisa worked as a Senior Recruiter for Sterling International from August 1991 to July 2010, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening executive-level candidates across various industries, with a focus on healthcare, corporate, financial, and industrial sectors, and conducting face-to-face interviews, often involving international travel. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
