Currently serving as a Hospital Discharge Planner at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center since September 2021, McKechnie previously held key leadership positions including Medical Office Manager and BHT-Clinician at ChangePoint Integrated Health and Executive Director roles at both Brookdale Central Paradise Valley and Atria Park of Sierra Pointe. With extensive experience as Regional Director of Operations at several organizations, McKechnie has successfully overseen multiple distressed assisted living and memory care communities, implemented system-wide regulatory compliance initiatives, and earned recognition for excellence in operations.
