Darrell Naeger has a diverse range of work experience in the interior design and home furnishing industry. Darrell started their career at J. Riggings in 1988, where they worked as a manager until 1990. Darrell then joined Pacific Linen as a manager from 1995 to 1997.
From 1997 to 2003, Naeger worked at Organized Living as a buyer, responsible for multi-department purchasing and developing business strategies. During their time there, they contributed to annual sales of $12 million, representing 20% of the company's sales.
In 2003, Naeger joined Ethan Allen Inc as a project manager. Darrell quickly learned the interior design and furniture industry and successfully increased same-store sales volume. Darrell also played a crucial role in the development of individual designers, contributing to the national recognition of one designer for achieving $1 million in annual sales.
From 2008 to 2010, Naeger ventured into a partnership with Elle Ammon Interior Design Studio, where they served as the project manager of construction and design. Darrell offered clients a comprehensive range of interior design and home remodel services, generated new business through networking and client referrals, and managed sub-contractors.
Naeger's most recent role is at Summit Homes, where they have been working since 2012. Darrell started as a designer and later advanced to become the director of design in September 2017.
Darrell Naeger obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion Illustration/Merchandising from Columbia College between the years 1984 and 1988.
