Jordan Kayser

Jordan Kayser is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at The Historic Dunhill Hotel in Uptown Charlotte since March 2024. Previously, Jordan held the position of General Manager at Rally Pickleball and at AC Hotels, along with key roles as Director of Food and Beverage and Assistant General Manager at Unscripted Hotels. Additional experience includes significant leadership in food and beverage operations at Antrim 1844 Hotel, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, and The Umstead Hotel and Spa. Jordan's career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where a progression from Server Attendant to Food and Beverage Manager was achieved over more than a decade. Jordan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Edison State Community College.
